Emergency life support
Our emergency life support course takes just two hours to complete and will give you the essential skills to save a life - including CPR. It is available in three formats:
- Children & Infants
- Adult
- All Ages (three hour course).
Basic first aid
This course is about everyday first aid: cuts and scrapes, minor burns and scalds. It takes three hours. (This course does not include CPR)

Emergency and Basic First Aid
Family first aid
This course is for families to learn first aid together. The course covers the same content as Basic first aid and also includes asthma, heart attacks, serious bleeding and burns, anaphylactic shock, seizures and strokes. The course takes Six hours.
Anaphylaxis first aid
This course is for anyone who needs training in how and when to use an auto injector in the treatment of anaphylaxis.
Youth/school leavers first Aid
FMC believes that it is never too early to start learning first aid and that all young people should leave school with these vital skills. On successful completion of the course, the young people will receive a Youth first aid certificate. This course is 6 hours.
